Mail Clerk (Part-time Mornings)

We have an IMMEDIATE HIRE opportunity in the Baltimore, MD area for a Mail Clerk (Part-time Mornings). 

Essential duties include opening, logging, sorting, screening, tracking and distributing incoming mail.  Outgoing mail is picked up, quality checked, placed in appropriate mail containers and recorded for daily mail volumes.

General support service responsibilities include copying, faxing, reproduction and related administrative services.

Shift hours are Monday - Friday  7:30am - 1:00pm

Job Requirements:

• This position calls for a high attention to detail which allows for 100% accuracy rating of inbound and outbound mail processing.
• Familiarity with accountable mail processing is essential.
• Providing customer service that includes processing mail for all couriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, International packages, as well as servicing incoming and outgoing individual office mailstops, etc.
• Most desired candidates will have prior UPS shipping system experience, computer skills.
• Candidates must be punctual and dependable.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Full Background check to include Criminal and Credit Check  and drug screen is required.

BrightKey has full time openings for energetic, detail oriented individuals with a friendly, professional attitude. This position is responsible for answering a high volume of telephone calls and assisting customers with orders, memberships, subscriptions, etc., entering orders, processing mail, posting payments, data entry, and processing customer service inquiries in a timely manner. Hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, required. Ideal candidates must be able to type at least 35 wpm, be dependable, organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet stringent deadlines and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred. Background and credit check are required.

Customer Service Manager

It used to be about answering the phones, but customer service has gone way beyond that. The BrightKey Call Center is filled with professionals who handle customer inquiries and order processing by email and web chat, in addition to the more traditional phone, mail, and fax. We’ve now re-named our Call Center to better convey the full range of services we provide. BrightKey’s Customer Care Center—currently expanding to accommodate growth—will take care of our client’s customers in the way they prefer to communicate. We are currently in need of a Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for an assigned group of clients and staff including; staff development, training, process improvement, profit levels, performance monitoring and evaluation. Primary responsibility for client relations and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task across multiple organizations and departments.
  • Experience and comfortable with public speaking.
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior management.
  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight for up to a week at a time for client meetings and conferences.
  • Engaging approach to face to face client interactions.
  • Ability to lead by example by addressing overflow queue calls and resolving escalated situations.
  • Experience training and coaching team members to ensure consistently high service levels.
  • Experience with managing data collection and presentation.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Positions require experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Candidates must be able to type at least 35 wpm.

Courier/Drivers, Mailroom Clerks and General Support Services

Positions available in the Washington, DC area.

Mail responsibilities include opening, logging, sorting, screening, tracking and distributing incoming mail.

Courier responsibilities include dispatching, delivery and pick up of property.

General support service responsibilities include copying, reproduction and related services, secretarial and some administrative services.

Successful completion of background check is required. Candidates must be dependable, organized, detail oriented, and have the ability meet stringent deadlines and multitask in a fast paced environment. Previous experience required. HS diploma or GED preferred.
