Turnkey Project Manager

BrightKey has full time openings for energetic, detail oriented individuals with a friendly, professional attitude. The Project Manager works in our Turnkey Division and is responsible for the management, follow-through and quality of our day-to-day workload of assigned clients.

  • Manages a team of Customer Service Professionals to include proper training, disciplinary actions, and completing performance reviews.
  • Supports a team of Customer Service Professionals in all day to day responsibilities, including answering phone calls, processing orders, etc.
  • Monitors and assesses team activities and procedures to ensure a profitable and efficient operation.
  • Develops professional relationship with assigned clients and consistently apprises clients on any issues of concern.
  • Handles month end closing, daily account reconciliation and high-level transactions.
  • Maintains thorough follow-up with client inventory and accountability for variance reporting.
  • Maintains flexibility and performs related duties as requested or assigned.


  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
  •  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Previous managerial, accounting and training experience is preferred. 
  •  Thorough knowledge of Windows, including Excel and Word, required. 
  •  Must be able to manage multiple projects, keep meticulous records, and compose statistical reports. 
  •  Must have the ability to work unscheduled hours and occasional weekends. 
  •  Occasional travel to the client’s offices may be required. 

Customer Service Professional

BrightKey has full time openings for energetic, detail oriented individuals with a friendly, professional attitude. This position is responsible for answering a high volume of telephone calls and assisting customers with orders, memberships, subscriptions, etc., entering orders, processing mail, posting payments, data entry, and processing customer service inquiries in a timely manner. Hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, required. Ideal candidates must be able to type at least 35 wpm, be dependable, organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet stringent deadlines and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred. Background and credit check are required.

Warehouse Clerks

We have an opening for two (2) Warehouse Clerks in our Odenton, MD location. This is a full time position with shift hours of 8:00am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Primary responsibilities include picking & packing orders for shipment, assisting with inventory & receiving.


• At least 2 years prior experience working in a warehouse.  
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are highly preferred.
• Hand held scanner and/or meter system experience is a plus.
• Candidates must be punctual and dependable.
• Must have a HS diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a full background check and drug screen.

Mail Clerks

We have an IMMEDIATE HIRE opportunity in the Baltimore, MD area for Mail Clerk. We currently have a full-time shift of 7:30am - 4:00pm and a full-time EVENING shift of 3:00pm - Midnight. We also have a Part-Time shift of 5:00pm - 9:00pm.

Essential duties include opening, logging, sorting, screening, tracking, and distributing incoming mail. Outgoing mail is picked up, quality checked, placed in appropriate mail containers and recorded for daily mail volumes.

General support service responsibilities include copying, faxing, reproduction and related administrative services.

Shift hours are Monday - Friday


• This position calls for a high attention to detail which allows for 100% accuracy rating of inbound and outbound mail processing.
• Familiarity with accountable mail processing is essential.
• Providing customer service that includes processing mail for all couriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, International packages, as well as servicing incoming and outgoing individual office mailstops, etc.
• Most desired candidates will have prior UPS shipping system experience, computer skills.
• Candidates must be punctual and dependable.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Full background check to include Criminal and Credit Check and Drug Screen is required.

SECURITY ESCORTS (Part-Time/On-Call Day Shift Only)

We are seeking several Security Escorts to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will accompany building construction and maintenance contractors while working in Department of Justice buildings in the downtown Washington D.C. area. The amount of work will vary according to the department of Justice needs, the position may have between 8 and 40 hours per week. Additional hours including overtime may be available.

Security escorts will need to be flexible with hours based on the escorted contractor needs and scheduling. Typical hours of operation are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please note: This position will require successful attainment of a Government Security Clearance. Therefore, an extensive background check will be required prior to hire which will include an extensive criminal background screening and a full credit check (special interest in accounts in collections or negative accounts).

• Security escorts will maintain eye contact with the escorted contractor at all times.
• Very attentive to the surroundings and person(s) monitoring

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
• Must be able to stand duration of shift
• Strong attention to detail
• No usage or viewing of cell phones, reading books, or sitting at a desk during your work shift
• Minimum of a Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• Ability to obtain a clearance if you do not have one is mandatory. (2 - 6 month process)

Mail Courier/Drivers and Mail Sorting Clerks

Please note:  This position will require successful attainment of a Government Security Clearance if you don’t currently hold an active clearance.  Therefore, an extensive background check will be required prior to hire which will include a Criminal Background screening and a Credit Check.

Essential Courier Driver duties:
•    Perform various pick-ups and deliveries among twenty-eight (28) buildings on multiple campuses within a sixty (60) mile radius of the main contract location.
•    Retrieval and delivery of mail as well as the loading and unloading of the vehicle.
•    Courier Drivers will be issued wireless scanners to record date, time and signature confirmation of delivery to the recipient or the recipient’s authorized agent.
•    Must maintain a daily log (manifest) of all mail pieces received and delivered at each location.
•    A minimum of one year or prior driver/delivery experience required
•    Must have a current Driver’s License and a clean driving record

Essential Sorting Clerk duties: 
•    Delivers and picks up mail or correspondence in the general DMV area.
•    Sorts mail for distribution that can be addressed in various ways, requiring the sorting clerk to use association of names, addresses and organizational abbreviations, association of incomplete destinations information with established subdivisions.
•    Identifies and routes mail requiring knowledge of the basic organization and the functions of operating sub-components.
•    Submits daily logs indicating the time, date, and address of deliveries, including signature of recipients, and pick-ups of mail. 
•    Enters data into automated information systems.
•    Must have the ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately and under pressure

All Positions available are located in the Washington, DC area.  Shift hours for all positions are typically 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Must have at least one year prior experience handling mail and/or prior professional driving experience.
