Customer Service Professional:

Job Description
BrightKey has full time openings for energetic, detail oriented individuals with a friendly, professional attitude to fill our Customer Service Professional positions. This position is responsible for assissting customers with orders, memberships, subscriptions, and general questions. Duties will include answering phone calls, coding and entering orders, processing mail, posting payments, data entry, and processing customer service inquiries in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Ideal candidates must be able to type at least 40 wpm, must be dependable, organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet stringent deadlines and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in a similar position is required. Background and credit check are required. HS diploma or GED required. Compensation, wages & benefits package includes health, dental, vacation, holidays, and 401K.
