History
In 1988, President Rita Hope Counts founded BrightKey, under the name of Professional Mailing and Distribution Services, Inc. (PMDS), as a small mailing house with a modest client list. Our continuous growth is directly related to our ability to anticipate and respond to the changing needs of our clients. Nearing our twentieth anniversary, we have expanded our capabilities to offer industry leading services, including call center services, data entry, financial processing, fulfillment, membership servicesand much more!
To celebrate our evolution from a "professional mailing and distribution services" company to a full-service business strategy partner for our clients, we made the decision to change our name, our logo, and our visual identity in 2007. We are now BrightKey, a name inspired by one of America’s founding fathersBenjamin Franklin.
In his publication Poor Richard’s Almanac, Franklin remarked: "The used key is always bright." At BrightKey, we feel our clients have used us well over the years. We intend to continue delivering the same high quality of service and support our clients have come to expect from us!
Our staff has been the key to our successand that of our clients. We still have many employees from the very first days working with us today. Their forward thinking "can do" approach has helped us make the transition to a company of more than 180 employees and 125 clients.
We expect continued growth and success in the years to come, for us and for our clients. At BrightKey, the sky is the limit!
