BrightKey’s first client was a government agency for the marketing and fulfillment of genealogy microfilm. Now, more than 25 years later, the BrightKey Government Services Division handles several government contracts. We successfully support a variety of Agencies and Departments, providing call center management, warehousing and warehouse outfitting, file and record maintenance, facility support services, mailroom management, and other complementary administrative support services. These contracts cover services delivered in-house at our own facilities and on-site at contracted locations.

For high security environments, BrightKey provides secure, off-site mail screening solutions:

  • Modular rooms to fit new facilities and existing buildings
  • Low-cost detection supplies

Through detailed analyses of workflow processes, BrightKey has been successful at reducing the labor associated with many of our on-site support service contracts. In many cases, we’ve made it possible for Departments to reallocate funds to permit the deployment of new equipment. Through applying automation technology, time-in-process has been shortened, employee productivity has improved, and overall customer satisfaction has increased.
