Customer service professionals and outbound telemarketers remotely access a complete array of database management systems, and frequently customize BrightKey’s internal Personify software based on the program requirements.
Data cleansing services include the validation of contact information and demographics, manual and automated de-duping of databases, linking of accounts, and standardization of addresses. Each database-cleansing program is unique and can include a multi-channel direct marketing campaign that includes email, mail, and telephone to gather the most up-to-date data from your customers. Many programs incorporate Personal URLs (PURLs) as a centralized data gathering mechanism, with manual review before importing the fields into the client database.
