BrightKey’s Information Technology Department uses a variety of systems and software to develop the best solutions for each client’s needs. Our IT team creates customized systems for all client programs and manages the integration and movement of data between systems, with solutions ranging from our Warehouse Logistics Systems for inventory and order fulfillment tracking, to full turnkey systems that manage publications, merchandise, subscriptions, membership, fundraising, and meeting registration.

BrightKey can work directly in your in-house business management system.

Your dedicated BrightKey call center or telemarketing team can access your software via a secure Internet connection and enter data directly into your system. You benefit from faster project start-ups, streamlined data entry and processing, and real-time reporting.

For clients that require a software system, BrightKey utilizes Personify.

BrightKey will program a Personify system based on your specific requirements. The Personify solution will capture all the information you need for each record, while allowing for accurate and efficient order entry processing. You can request modules for publications, subscriptions, membership, meeting registration, fundraising, and telemarketing programs. Our programmers will develop a seamless e-business site to interact with your BrightKey database for real-time inventory statistics and order processing.

BrightKey’s Warehouse Logistics System provides seamless data entry into your system.

Pick, pack, and ship projects and programs that require data entry into the client’s system use BrightKey’s Warehouse Logistics System (WLS) for inventory maintenance and order fulfillment. Built in Microsoft .NET, the WLS has automatic updates by the manifest system for shipment confirmation, including quantity shipped, date shipped, and tracking number. This information can be transferred for integration with an organization’s in-house system.

For programs requiring complex personalization of renewals, cards, letters, certificates, and other materials, BrightKey develops automated systems to take best advantage of your customer and member data.
