Using your system or our system, BrightKey customizes processes to meet the needs of your growing fulfillment programs.
We store and ship brochures and pamphlets, soft and hard cover publications, CD-ROMs, DVDs, multi-media products, and promotional items. Packing slips, invoices and any other correspondence are customized for your organization, including logos, address information, and policies. Many BrightKey fulfillment programs include standing order and backorder processing.
Turnkey Fulfillment Services
BrightKey will provide your organization with dedicated staff to field inquires and receive orders directly from your customers or members via phone, email, fax, and mail. Data entry including financial, promotional, and demographic data will be tracked to maximize your reporting capabilities. Our experienced customer service professionals utilize customized scripts for cross-selling and up-selling.
Pick, Pack, and Ship
If your organization prefers to maintain an in-house customer service staff, you may utilize BrightKey’s pick, pack, and ship fulfillment services. Under this scenario, a file is transmitted daily to BrightKey for processing. Once shipped, a file containing tracking information is transmitted back to you for upload into your in-house database.
Secure, Controlled Warehouse Storage
BrightKey maintains over 320,000 square feet of storage within three facilities located in Annapolis Junction, Savage, and Odenton, Maryland. Our heavy duty inventory transportation equipment provides easy access to numerous loading docks for receiving and shipping inventory in an efficient and timely manner. We fulfill over 1,000,000 orders annually, with turn around times of 24-48 hours. Shipments are sent using any shipping vendor of our clients’ choice. Our couriers are also available for any deliveries into the Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, and Delaware areas.
