Rather than using a temporary staffing firm, use your BrightKey team for on-site registration processing or to staff your publications booth. We can even support your meeting planning requirements!
Meeting Preparation
Preparatory conference services include secure packaging of your conference materials and publications for safe delivery. No more lost or misplaced conference shipments when you use BrightKey. We use proven tracking techniques to facilitate the arrival of materials on-time, every time. Return shipments are quickly processed and placed back into inventory for use in fulfillment activities.
Conference Mail Processing and Printing
BrightKey’s mail processing center is available for direct mailing services to potential attendees and registrants. Our personalization services help you prepare personalized certificates and name badges. Meeting documentation, marketing materials, or training booklets can be printed by our in-house partner, Gasch Printing. We will handle it all!
