Diane Kelly has more than 45 years of business management experience across a wide range of disciplines, roles, and responsibilities. Since joining BrightKey in 2006, Ms. Kelly has held the positions of Vice President of Contracts Administration, Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President of Business Solutions. As Chief Administration Officer, she applies her expertise in office administration, human resources management, and contracts administration to partner with senior management in maintaining BrightKey’s highest standards of operational efficiency and customer service. Ms. Kelly has designed, developed, and implemented quality assurance programs to ensure project performance metrics comply with contract service-level agreements. She has collaborated with corporate leadership to enhance company-wide communications and promote employee involvement in BrightKey’s diversity and inclusion programs.
