Customer Service Professional

BrightKey has full time openings for energetic, detail oriented individuals with a friendly, professional attitude. This position is responsible for answering a high volume of telephone calls and assisting customers with orders, memberships, subscriptions, etc., entering orders, processing mail, posting payments, data entry, and processing customer service inquiries in a timely manner. Hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, required. Ideal candidates must be able to type at least 35 wpm, be dependable, organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet stringent deadlines and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred. Background and credit check are required.
